  1. I've read a lot of books but haven't really got a particular favourite, though I did enjoy The Thorn Birds by Colleen McCullough which was made into a television series.

    Found you via Blog Hopping.

  4. Life changing reads?

Strong Women, Soft Hearts by Paula Rinehart
    and/or
Why Men Love Bitches by Sherry Argov

And then a couple of my favorites are:

The Pact by Jodi Picoult (ok pretty much anything by her)

The Relic by Douglas Preston (I have no idea why either, I bought it at a book sale in 6th grade and literally read it like 50,000 times)

  7. I just read To Kill A Mockingbird AND 1984 this past week. I'm definitely going to have to take a look at Sex, Drugs and Cocoa Puffs, just because of the title.

I have too many favorites to name, but I like horror, true crime and memoirs mostly. Chick lit isn't bad either if it's really good.

    Stopping by from the LBTP.

  8. 1) The Greatest Salesman in the World - Og Mandino
    2) Memoirs of a Geisha - Arthur Golden
    3) A Thousand Splendid Suns - Khaled Hosseni
    4) The Red Tent - Anita Diamant
    5) Angry Housewives Eating Bon Bons - Lorna Ladvik

... I know the last one sounds silly, but it totally underlines the value and importance of having girlfriends throughout your life. Also, if you've never read Sarah's Key you MUST. So good.
