MY 101 in 1001

Unless you have been living under a rock in the blogging world, you have heard about 101 in 1001. If you aren't familiar with this phrase, it's basically a list of 101 things you would like to accomplish in 1001 days.

For the last month or so, I've been putting my list together. Early in December I began to think about this list and what I would include in my list. I've seen these lists made by others for quite a while now, and I always contemplated doing one of my own, but I just never got around to it. So, this year, instead of making New Year's resolutions, I'm going to start my 101 in 1001. So, starting this on January 1, 2011 means that I have until September 27, 2013 to complete my list. Wish me luck!

I will be blogging about different items on my list as I complete them and I will periodically update my list by marking things off and noting progress for other items.

I encourage everyone to create your own 101 in 1001 list and let me know about it.

So, as promised, here is my list:

98. Put some of my paycheck into savings every month

99. Make a list and photograph important home items for insurance

100. Save at least $5,000

And 101: start a new 101 in 1001 list when this one is complete

  1. I think I just might have to consider doing this! I've never taken the time to really get to know what it was, now tha tI do - maybe I'll give it a shot! :) Looking forward to hearing all about your ventures! :)
